Dama N.V. / Novatrix SRL network sister sites: all 44 casinos & betting sites

Dama N.V. / Novatrix SRL network in short

The Dama N.V. / Novatrix SRL network runs 44 casino brands in our data, including CasinoChan, Casinonic, Gunsbet and 21Bit. Most now name Novatrix SRL in Costa Rica, with Tobique and Anjouan licences; earlier they named Dama N.V. in Curaçao. Its current owners are not public, and the link between the two companies is inferred from shared brands.

Who controls the network

We have no parent company on record. The network's former sole owner, a private individual, is reported to have sold it; the current owners are not public. Dama N.V. is registered in Curaçao (company number 152125) and Novatrix SRL in Costa Rica (3-102-893958). The link between the two companies comes from shared brands, not from a published ownership record.

Main brands and how the sister sites relate

During 2026 several of the network's main brands switched their footers and terms from Dama N.V. to Novatrix SRL. The casinos are built on SoftSwiss technology. All are the network's own brands, not white-label sites for partners. Other names include Axe Casino, Bet and Play, FortunePlay, iLucki and Jackpoty. Because ownership is not published, a shared operator name is the main sign that these casinos are sister sites.

Licences and what self-exclusion covers

None of the network's sites holds a licence linked to a national self-exclusion scheme in our regulator data: the Anjouan, Tobique and Curaçao licences have no such scheme. An exclusion at one site may not cover the others, so check each site. See the self-exclusion list on this page and our guide on how self-exclusion works across sister sites.

Fines on record

Fines and regulator actions on record: 0. This means that our sources list none, not that no complaint or action exists. Novatrix SRL holds Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002 and Anjouan licence ALSI-202508056-FI2; Dama N.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2023/174/0082.
