Do they share a licence or company?
Yes. Both run under the same licensed company, NetBet Enterprises Ltd, which is the strongest proof that they belong together.
What this means for players
Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites. Check each brand’s terms before you rely on a self-exclusion; a national scheme (such as GamStop in the UK or Spelpaus in Sweden) covers every licensed site in that country.
Does a self-exclusion at Casino Royale cover NetBet?
Through a national scheme, yes: GamStop covers both sites, because both are licensed in Great Britain (UKGC licence) in our data. An exclusion set only in your Casino Royale account may not cover NetBet.
