The OPAP combination closed on 24 March 2026, and Allwyn has been listed in Athens since then. Allwyn owns Stoiximan, 36.75% of the Betano business of Kaizen Gaming and 62.3% of US fantasy operator PrizePicks. It dropped its planned purchase of Novibet in March 2026.
