Rush Street Interactive was founded in 2012 and is tied to the Rivers casinos family. It runs BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse. It is the only online casino vendor for the Delaware Lottery, picked in 2023, and it is also active in Latin America. Sale talks were reported in 2024, but no sale has happened.
