As of : Dafabet España is the Spanish site of Dafabet, a brand that press reports link to AsianBGE / AsianLogic, a private Asian gambling group. Spain's regulator, the DGOJ, names Eurasia Solutions, PLC, a company in Malta, as the licensee for dafabet.es. The link from that company to the Dafabet group is reported, not shown in a filing. Spain fined Eurasia Solutions €60,000 in 2025.

Who is behind it
Dafabet started in 2004 under AsianBGE, with a licence from the Cagayan economic zone in the Philippines. Business partners describe Dafabet as a subsidiary of AsianLogic, and a trade press report on the Spanish launch in June 2020 also named AsianLogic as the owner. The site launched in Spain on a platform from R. Franco Digital.
The licensed company, Eurasia Solutions, PLC, is a Malta company. We found no filing that shows its shareholders, so the chain from it to AsianLogic rests on press reports. The ultimate owners of the Asian group are not published.
Licence and what it means for you
The DGOJ register lists Eurasia Solutions, PLC as the licensee for dafabet.es, with general licences for betting and other games. The register shows licence types, not numbers. Some single-game licences were later cancelled, including the fixed-odds sports betting licence granted on 25 February 2020. Players in Spain therefore play under Spanish rules and the DGOJ can act against the licensee, as it did in 2025.
The international site, dafabet.com, is a different matter: it runs under Osmila N.V., a Curaçao company, not under the Spanish licence. Dafabet España has no Finnish licence. In Finland, Veikkaus keeps the exclusive right to online betting until the new Gambling Act takes effect.
