Who is behind it
High 5 Games LLC is mainly known as a slot maker that supplies games to other casinos. It is privately held, and no larger group sits above it in our data. Its consumer site, High 5 Casino, runs through High 5 Entertainment, LLC.
Licence and what it means for you
High 5 Casino runs on the sweepstakes model: players buy one coin type and can get a second coin type free, which can be redeemed for prizes. No state gambling regulator licences the site, so the player protections and complaint routes of a licensed state casino do not apply.
The only licence in our data is a Connecticut online gaming service provider licence for High 5 Games, a supplier licence for its slot content. Connecticut suspended it on 14 March 2025. We do not know its status today.
Sweeps play has ended in Connecticut, New York, Arizona and other states. The site is for US players and has no Finnish licence.
