Who is behind it
Luxury Casino is a member of Casino Rewards, a private loyalty network that our data dates to 2000. Our data gives the network's base as Malta (MT) and does not name its owners. The brand has three versions: luxury.casino for Canada outside Ontario, ontario.luxury.casino for Ontario and luxurycasino.co.uk for the UK.
Licence and what it means for you
The Canadian site luxury.casino appears on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission permit-holder page. Its operator, Fresh Horizons Ltd., holds a Client Provider Authorization (CPA). That is an offshore permit, so a casino player in Canada outside Ontario gets far less protection than a provincial licence would give, and no national self-exclusion list blocks the site. Players in Ontario use ontario.luxury.casino, which iGaming Ontario lists under Apollo Entertainment Ltd. UK players use luxurycasino.co.uk on the UK licence of Apollo Entertainment Limited.
