The licensed operator is Playquarry Limited, UK Gambling Commission account 66551, which is owned by Rozen Investments LLC of Nevada. Two different questions apply here: who runs the site and who owns the brand.
The operator is clear. The UK domain register lists mcbookie.com as a "White Label" on the account of Playquarry Limited (Companies House 15972306, London). Its registered controller, with 75% or more, is Rozen Investments LLC, a Nevada company (NV20232782008) whose members are not public.
The brand owner is not clear. Trade press reported that FansUnite sold McBookie in May 2023 to an unnamed third party. We have not found any filing or statement that names that buyer, so this review does not guess.
Licence and what it means for you
Playquarry Limited holds UK remote operating licence 066551-R-341198-003 for casino and general betting.
