Who is behind it

The link between MyStake and Santeda International B.V. comes from regulator papers, not from review sites: ACMA's warning names the company as the one that provides the MyStake service. No listed group or fund appears above it in our data, and its shareholders are not public.

Trade press reported in 2026 that the site footer had moved to a sister company, GTW B.V., and later that both companies were dissolved. We could not check this on the site itself, because it sits behind a bot check. Treat the current operator as unconfirmed until the footer or a register says otherwise.

Licence and what it means for you

In its 2024 decision, Spelinspektionen recorded that Santeda International B.V. held an Anjouan licence, number ALSI-072403002-FI7. We list its status as unclear. Anjouan is an offshore licence: it offers much weaker player protection than a licence from the UK, Malta or a Nordic regulator, and there is no strong outside complaint route.

MyStake has no Finnish licence. In Finland, Veikkaus holds the exclusive right to online casino games until the new Gambling Act takes effect.
