Barcelona-area gaming group with casinos, arcades, slot route and online brands in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Latin America. Blackstone bought it from its founder in 2018 and floated a minority in July 2025. Online it runs Cirsa-branded sites, the Italian sites eplay24.it, sportium.it and betwin360.it, and CasinoPortugal.pt (bought late 2024). On 2 September 2026 Cirsa and Lottomatica agreed an all-share combination; the boards approved the merger plan on 8 October 2026 and Cirsa is due to be absorbed into Lottomatica in Q2 2027 if approvals are granted.
