SkillOnNet in short
SkillOnNet, a private platform company based in Malta, owns 68 casino brands with 174 websites in our data and runs 6 white-label sites for partner brands. Its own brands include PlayOJO, SlotsMagic, Spin Genie and BacanaPlay. No company is on record above it. Skill On Net Limited holds its licences in Great Britain, Malta, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Ontario.
Who controls SkillOnNet
SkillOnNet was founded in 2005 and is led by its founders. Its ultimate shareholders are not disclosed, and we have no parent company on record. It is a casino platform company: it runs its own brands, including the former Prime Gaming sites, and powers white-label casinos for partners such as Slingo.
Main brands and how the sister sites relate
Almost every site runs under one licensed company, Skill On Net Limited, which holds UK licence account 39326. Its UK licence covers about 60 domains, so many casinos that look different share one operator, one wallet back-end and one compliance team. Own brands include PlayOJO, Lord Ping, Simbagames, Playmillion and ICE36. White-label sites such as Swift Casino, Zebra Wins and Zingo Bingo are run for partner brands that SkillOnNet does not own. Its Spanish, Peruvian and Argentinian sites have local companies.
Licences and what self-exclusion covers
Because Skill On Net Limited holds the licences, GamStop covers 67 SkillOnNet brands and white-label sites in Great Britain, and Spelpaus, ROFUS and OASIS cover the sites licensed in Sweden, Denmark and Germany. An exclusion through one of these national schemes reaches every SkillOnNet site licensed in that country. Closing an account at one site does not close the others. See the self-exclusion list on this page and our guide on how self-exclusion works across sister sites.
Fines on record
Our data lists 3 fines and regulator actions for SkillOnNet. Sweden's Spelinspektionen fined Skill On Net Ltd SEK 14 million in June 2019 for letting self-excluded players gamble. In May 2023 the company paid GBP 305,150 to the UK Gambling Commission in lieu of a penalty for anti-money-laundering and safer-gambling failures in 2021 and 2022. In November 2025 Spelinspektionen issued a remark over missing responsible-gambling information.
