This is a white-label site: Caesars Entertainment runs it for a partner’s brand. What a white-label casino is →

In numbers

  • Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey, LLC also runs 7 other gambling brands under the same company and licence.
  • Caesars Entertainment owns 5 casino and betting brands and runs 1 white-label site for partners in our data.
  • 4 fines and regulator actions against the owner since 2025, about €334,000 in total (converted to euros).

Who is behind it

Brand owner and operator are different here. NSUS Group Inc owns the World Series of Poker name. Caesars Entertainment, the Nasdaq-listed US casino group, sold it the trademark in October 2024 and signed licence agreements that let Caesars keep its US WSOP operations, including the Las Vegas series, for 20 years. Caesars states this in its 2025 annual report (10-K).

The websites have split too. US real-money poker is now branded WSOP Online at wsoponline.com, which says it is owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment. The wsop.com homepage is now an information site with news, rankings and live events, run by Bracelet IP Limited of Ireland. Outside the US, WSOP online events run on GGPoker.

Licence and what it means for you

US online poker is licensed state by state, and WSOP Online runs in Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania. The New Jersey terms name Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey, LLC as the operator, under a Division of Gaming Enforcement permit. The DGE list shows wsop.com under that company as an affiliate of Tropicana Atlantic City, permit NJIGP 26-012. If you have a problem with real-money play, the operator and the state regulator are your route, not NSUS.

Sister sites

WSOP Online has two kinds of relatives. Its operator, Caesars, has 5 other online brands in our data, led by the casino apps Caesars Palace, Horseshoe, Tropicana and Harrah's and by the Caesars betting app. Its brand owner, NSUS, also owns GGPoker. GGPoker is therefore a brand cousin of WSOP, but not a sister site of WSOP Online in the US, because a different company runs it.

All 4 fines and regulator actions, with sources
