Who is behind it

Sisal joined Flutter through a deal announced in December 2021 at about €1.9bn. Flutter is the NYSE-listed group behind Paddy Power, Betfair and FanDuel. With the 2025 purchase of Snai, it now owns two large Italian brands.

Sisal serves Italy. Our data also lists Morocco and Turkey as Sisal markets.

Licence and what it means for you

Sisal Italia S.p.a. (P.IVA 02433760135) holds ADM licence 16020 for sisal.it. That licence covers sports betting, casino and lottery games for players in Italy. Italian rules apply, and the national self-exclusion register (RUA) blocks you at every Italian-licensed site at once. Our data does not show which licences cover Sisal in Morocco and Turkey.

Sister sites

Snai is Sisal's closest sibling: also Italian, also licensed by ADM, and owned by Flutter since 2025. Betfair and PokerStars run Italian sites too, betfair.it and pokerstars.it. Further away sit Paddy Power, Sky Bet and FanDuel. Our data counts 22 other Flutter brands, 19 of them active. A self-exclusion in your Sisal account will not block the others; the RUA register does.

22 sister casinos

Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites.
