About White Hat Gaming

Malta B2B platform and white-label operator. Brands such as Dream Vegas, Jackpot Village, Casimba, Casilando, Playzee and SpinYoo all state in their footers that they are 'managed by White Hat Gaming Limited' under the same UK and MGA licences. In 2024-2026 it was also the licensed operator for the former Aspire/Karamba brands until they closed on 24 Aug 2026. Its game studio (White Hat Studios) was agreed to be sold to Merkur Group in July 2026; the platform business was excluded.
