Who is behind it
The chain has three levels. Bally's Pennsylvania, LLC runs the Pennsylvania site. Its parent, Bally's Corporation, was founded in 2004 and trades on the NYSE. Standard General L.P., a private investment firm founded in 2007, completed a merger with Bally's on 7 February 2025. It folded The Queen Casino & Entertainment into Bally's and became the majority shareholder. In October 2025 Bally's moved its international online business into Intralot and now owns about 58% of Bally's Intralot.
