What this means for players
Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites. Check each brand’s terms before you rely on a self-exclusion; a national scheme (such as GamStop in the UK or Spelpaus in Sweden) covers every licensed site in that country.
Does a self-exclusion at Jackpotjoy cover Monopoly Casino (UK, monopolycasino.com)?
Through a national scheme, yes: GamStop covers both sites, because both are licensed in Great Britain (UKGC licence) in our data. An exclusion set only in your Jackpotjoy account may not cover Monopoly Casino (UK, monopolycasino.com).
