GamStop covers the 12 Entain brands with a UK Gambling Commission licence, and Spelpaus covers 3 brands licensed in Sweden. The Dutch Cruks, the German OASIS, the Danish ROFUS and the Italian RUA each cover the Entain sites licensed in their country. Fines on record
Our data lists 9 fines and regulator actions for Entain companies. The largest amount is the GBP 585 million deferred prosecution agreement of December 2023 with the Crown Prosecution Service, for failing to prevent bribery in its former Turkey-facing business (2011 to 2017) under GVC ownership. In August 2022 the UK Gambling Commission fined LC International Limited GBP 14 million for social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures. The Dutch regulator fined BetEnt B.V. (BetCity) three times, the largest EUR 3 million in November 2023.
