Who is behind it

The chain has three steps. ZEbetting & Gaming Nederland B.V., company number 27144447, runs the Dutch site. It is part of the ZEturf group, a horse-racing and sports betting group with bases in Malta and France. FDJ, now FDJ United, bought the ZEturf group at the end of September 2023, at an enterprise value of €175 million. FDJ United trades on Euronext Paris. The French State still holds about 21% of it after the 2019 privatisation. In October 2024 FDJ also took over Kindred Group for about €2.5bn.
