Who controls FDJ United
FDJ United is France's national lottery operator, which now trades under the FDJ United name. Its shares are listed on Euronext Paris. The French State kept about 21% after the 2019 privatisation; no parent company is on record.
FDJ United bought Kindred Group plc for about €2.5bn, and Kindred was delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm. The group also owns the ZEturf group. Parions Sport online is merging onto the Unibet platform in 2026.

Most of the sister sites come from Kindred. Platinum Gaming Limited runs Unibet, 32Red and Bingo.com in the UK. Rol Malta Ltd runs Maria Casino, Kolikkopelit and Casinohuone under a Malta licence. In France, FDJ Online Betting and Gaming France runs the Unibet site. ZEbetting & Gaming Nederland B.V. runs ZEbet and ZEturf in the Netherlands. All are own brands; we list no white-label sites.
