UKGC fines: every penalty against casino & betting companies

The Gambling Commission has 47 actions against casino and betting companies on record in our data (2017–2026), of which 43 fines totalling £158 million. The largest fine against one company is GBP 14,000,000 against LC International Limited (ladbrokes.com, coral.co.uk, foxybingo.com) (2022). The largest single case is the record GBP 19,200,000 William Hill package of 2023 (owner group today: evoke plc). We list its online parts as separate rows (GBP 12,500,000 against WHG (International) Limited (williamhill.com) and GBP 3,700,000 against Mr Green Limited (mrgreen.com)); the remaining GBP 3,000,000 concerned a business outside online gambling and is out of scope. The most-fined owner group is evoke plc, with 4 fines totalling £33.4 million. The other 4 actions carry no published fine amount: 3 licence suspensions or revocations and 1 other action.
